It's time to reveal the negative environmental effects of our food system, and show people that the power for change is in their hands! That's why we created Eco Eats - the app that helps people adopt healthier diets now for a better future later!

This feature is the core of Eco Eats' mission. It reveals honest information about the brands our users consume in hopes to encourage them to choose a more environmentally-friendly alternative. By informing people of the environmental stress our planet is enduring from these industrial giants, we get one step closer to permanent change. Scan grocery items to reveal honest information about the brand in hopes to encourage users to choose a more environmentally-friendly alternative. Users can also discover more through the connect feauture where they can browse hundreds of discussions and stories centered around sustainable diets and food production!
Recipes & Grocery List
Users also have the opportunity to browse healthy recipes that include sustainable choices of ingredients to cook with. If an ingredient stands out to a user, they can save it to their virtual grocery list! Not only does this make cooking and shopping easier, but it gives people power over the brands they buy from and the food they put in their bodies.
