Overview

Objective: Develop a series of Look & Feel moodboards to guide early-stage design visioning for Global TCCC workplaces, helping align local stakeholders on the overall direction of each office while balancing local cultural relevance with consistency across global TCCC workplaces.

Approach: Developed four distinct Look & Feel directions—Clean & Refreshing, Sleek Industrial, Vibrant Contemporary, and Warm Organic—as structured visual frameworks used during early-stage visioning sessions. These moodboards were designed to capture local stakeholder input and translate it into clear design intent, helping teams quickly align on spatial direction. The outputs informed key design decisions including overall aesthetic direction, furniture, finishes, and architectural details. The system was used as a collaborative tool across global projects, ensuring each workplace reflected its local context while remaining consistent across the broader TCCC portfolio.
