Project Overview

Objective: Design a cohesive annual report that clearly communicates the scale, impact, and strategic initiatives of the Global Real Estate & Workplace (GRW) team, while fostering internal pride without feeling self-promotional.

Approach: Developed a cohesive editorial system for a multi-section annual report, translating complex internal content into a clear, structured reading experience that reflects both the professionalism and culture of the team. Design decisions were guided by typography, layout, and hierarchy to ensure clarity and consistency across dense information. A balanced visual system was created to align with established brand standards and the distinct GRW visual identity. The work was shaped through iterative stakeholder feedback and executed within a compressed production timeline, requiring careful prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
